Matter is listed on office note in view of the typographical error in the order dated 24th May, 2017.

In line 14 of the order dated 24th May, 2017 a typographical error has crept in noting that the date of interim order as 23rd March, 2016 instead of 22nd March, 2016.

Thus in the order dated 24th May, 2017 the date of interim order granted in favour of the plaintiff directing parties to maintain status quo as to title and possession of the first floor is modified to be read as 22nd March, 2016.

No further orders are required to be passed.
