W.P.(C) 16223/2025 is filed by the Petitioners inter alia laying a challenge to letter dated 09.09.2025 issued by Respondent No. 2 withdrawing third renewal of permission granted for conducting UG (BAMS) Course with intake of 57 seats for academic session 2025-2026. W.P.(C) 18267/2025 is filed by the Petitioners laying a challenge to letter dated 21.11.2025 issued by Respondent No. 2, whereby permission has been denied to the Petitioner Institute for UG (BAMS) Course for academic session 2025-2026 with an intake capacity of 60 seats. 2.

Mr. Amitesh Kumar, learned counsel for the Petitioners, on instructions, seeks to withdraw these writ petitions. He further submits that in W.P.(C) 18267/2025, vide letter dated 21.11.2025, Respondent No. 2 has permitted the Petitioners to fulfil the requirements detailed in paragraph (b) of the decision and submit a compliance report by 31.12.2025 for considering the case for issuance of permission for academic session 20262027, however, considering that Petitioners were challenging the impugned letters and matter was sub judice, some more time will be required to make compliances and therefore, direction be issued to Respondent No. 2 to extend the date upto 31.01.2026.

In light of the above, these writ petitions are disposed of as withdrawn without any expression on merits of the case. In W.P.(C) 18267/2025, Respondent No. 2 is directed to extend the time for fulfilling the requirements and reporting compliance, as per paragraph (b) of the decision, upto 31.01.2026, for which a separate communication will be sent to the Petitioners within one week from today.

Interim order dated 18.10.2025 in W.P.(C) 16223/2025 stands vacated.
