The present Revision Petition under Section 115 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 (the 'CPC') has been filed Revisionist against the Order dated 03.09.2024 whereby Application under Order VII Rule 11 CPC filed by the Revisionist, has been dismissed. 2.

After some arguments, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Revisionist seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to file fresh petition in case new cause of action arises.

The present Revision Petition and pending Applications are accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
