The parties were referred for mediation before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (Mediation Centre) by order dated 14th January, 2025.

The parties have arrived at a settlement before the Mediation Centre. 3.

The Settlement Agreement dated 7th August, 2025 has been placed on record.

In terms of the aforesaid settlement, the plaintiff seeks to withdraw the present suit.

The same is dismissed as withdrawn.

Since the matter has been settled in mediation proceedings, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of 100% of the Court Fees in favour of the plaintiff, in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870, read with Section 89 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. 7.

All pending applications stand disposed of.
