These appeals have been filed against the Orders dated 04.10.2024 and 15.10.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.(C) 10379/2024 and in W.P.(C) 14415/2024, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. respectively, by which the learned Single Judge has been pleased to grant ad interim Orders staying the operation of the Orders passed by the Regional Labour Commissioner, whereby the respondents herein were directed to pay to the appellant balance minimum wages and compensation.

We are informed that the Writ Petitions are listed before the learned Single Judge on 08.04.2025.

Being discretionary Orders passed by the learned Single Judge, we do not deem it proper to interfere with the Impugned Orders in exercise of our appellate jurisdiction, however, we make a request to the learned Single Judge to decide the Writ Petitions expeditiously. 4.
