We are of the view that the present writ petition is not maintainable in law, in view of the availability of the statutory remedy, which the petitioner has already undertaken by filing a CM(M) petition before the learned Single Judge, though the CM(M) petition was withdrawn by the petitioner. 2.
At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that he shall be approaching the learned Single Judge for recalling the order dated 20th November 2025, delivered in CM(M) 2084/2025. 3.
We grant the petitioner liberty to do so.
