REVIEW PET. 60/2016 1.

The review petitioner seeks review of the order dated 6th October, 2015 premised on para 5 of the judgment dated 22nd May, 2014 passed in W.P.(C)No.2900/2014.

The review petitioner submits that the society did not make the complete disclosure of all W.P.(C) 3665/2014

facts before this court.

By the order dated 6th October, 2015, we have only directed the Registrar of Co-operative Societies to deal with the matter in accordance with Section 86 of the Delhi Co-operative Societies Act and to consider the submissions of the society. Given the fact that the society is making allegations against the review petitioner and other members of the society, it is obvious that they would have an opportunity to contest the contentions of the society. We have not opined on the merits of the contentions of the society by our order dated 6th October, 2015. In view thereof, no review is called for. No error apparent on the face of the record is pointed out.

This review petition is therefore, dismissed in the above terms.

Liberty is given to the review petitioner to place the contentions on which the review petition is premised before the office of the Registrar of Co-operative Societies. Needless to say that the prior adjudication in the matter between the review petitioner and the society shall bind the consideration. Dasti.
