Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that, on account of the demise of the mother of the petitioner, the prayers 'a' to 'c' in the petition have been rendered infructuous. He, however, presses prayer 'd'. 2.

Having considered the nature of the controversy involved herein, and the directions of the Court passed from time to time, it would be appropriate for the petitioner to take appropriate steps for filing a civil suit for the aforesaid relief. To determine prayer 'd', the Court will have to adjudicate upon various questions of facts, which do not seem to be admitted. 3.
