Applicant seeks regular bail in F.I.R. No. 448/2021, registered at P.S. K.N. Katju Marg, Delhi, for commission of offences under Section 302 IPC & Sections 25/27 Arms Act.

Status report has been filed and the same is on record. 3.

According to learned counsel for applicant, the applicant was arrested on 16.10.2021 and is in continuous incarceration since then. He states that, to the best of his information, only IO and few formal witnesses are left to be examined. He further states that if there is a request to learned Trial Court to expedite the trial, he would not press the present application. 4.

Learned APP for State also submits that most of the prosecution witnesses have already been examined and she would request the concerned prosecutor to ensure presence of remaining witnesses, without any further delay.

In view of the above, present application is disposed of, as not pressed. 6.

Learned Trial Court is requested to decide the case as expeditiously as possible and, preferably, within a period of six months from the date it takes up the matter.
