Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for some time is not pressing the petition at this stage with liberty to approach the respondents for expeditious demarcation of the land.

There is no doubt in the eventuality of petitioner approaching the respondents for expeditious demarcation of the land and fulfilling the formalities, in case there is no impediment for doing so the needful shall be done as expeditiously as possible.

Needless to say that the petitioner shall be at liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law in case the prayer of the petitioner is not acted upon.
