There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner even on the second call, when the matter is taken up for hearing. 2.
The Court Master has contacted the petitioner, who has filed this petition in person, but the petitioner has nonetheless not entered appearance on the second call.

It may be noted that the same petitioner had filed W.P.(C) 17582/2024, which was taken up for hearing on 20.12.2024. The prayers in the said petition were as follows:
"(a) Allow the petition of the petitioner.
(b) To give directions to the respondents to finalize the bills of the contract/agreement and work executed by the petitioner for which the estimated bills have been deposited with the respondent. The respondent to provide a copy of documents, correspondence, paid bills W.P.(C) 17709/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. to the petitioner as mentioned in the RTI application also. Dated (25.11.2024) (ANNEXURE P-20) c) Any other reliefs) as may be deemed fit and /proper may also be granted in favour of the petitioner and against the respondent, in the interest of justice."

The petitioner was, however, permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to take appropriate civil proceedings. 5.
In the present writ petition, the reliefs sought are as follows: "(a) Allow the petition of the petitioner.
(b) To give directions to the respondents to finalize the bills of the contract / agreement and work executed by the petitioner for which the estimated bills have been deposited with the respondent. The respondent to provide a copy of documents, correspondence, paid bills to the petitioner as mentioned in the RTI application also. Dated 25.11.2024 (Annexure P- 20).
(c) Any other relief(s) as may be deemed fit and proper may also be granted in favour of the petitioner and against the respondent, in the interest of justice."

As the petitioner has not appeared even on the second call, the writ petition, alongwith the pending application, is dismissed for nonprosecution. It is made clear that this order will not come in the way of the petitioner taking appropriate civil proceedings in respect of the disputes agitated in this writ petition.
