Learned counsel for respondent No.2, on instructions, submits that, once the requisite documents are submitted, the insurance company would review the entire claim of the petitioner and process the matter without any further delay in the matter. 2.
Learned Senior Counsel for petitioner submits that though all such documents had already been supplied, they would ensure that whatever further documents are demanded from them, these are supplied within a period of one week from today. 3.
Learned Senior Counsel, on instructions, submits that the present petition may accordingly be disposed of with the directions to respondent. He, however, submits that this is without prejudice to his rights and contentions. 4.
In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed. All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.

Respondent No. 2-Insurane Company shall review and process the matter, within a period of five weeks from today.

Needless to say, in case, the petitioner is aggrieved by outcome of such representation, he would be at liberty to take steps, as permissible under law.
