By way of present petition, the petitioners claiming themselves to be residents of B-237, DDA Janta Flats, Kalkaji, New Delhi, are aggrieved by the proceedings held by the SEM District, South East, New Delhi on 24.03.2023, whereby petitioners were bound down in the context of proceedings under Sections 107/150 Cr.P.C. The said proceedings statedly occurred one year and nine months ago. The next grievance of the petitioners is the receipt of three notices addressed to Sudha Rani, Sonam and Raju Kumar. The petitioners contend that the said notices are sent at their address, despite there being no individuals by the mentioned names residing at the said address.
