In furtherance of last order, fresh status report has been filed as per which the surgery of petitioner's father, which was posted for 15.04.2025 has now been deferred till he gets fit anesthetically. That being so, learned counsel for petitioner on instructions of petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file fresh application at appropriate stage. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the jail authorities positively by 02:00 pm tomorrow (22.03.2025). It is made clear that if the petitioner fails to surrender by 02:00 pm tomorrow, no further indulgence shall be granted.
