By way of the present application, the applicant seeks modification and correction of order dated 18.12.2025.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that the applicant herein was granted interim bail by this Court vide order dated 18.12.2025 from 18.12.2025 to 07.01.2026. The learned counsel states that inadvertently a clerical mistake had crept in the order, which instead of recording '07.01.2026' mentions '07.01.2025'. He states that due to the clerical mistake in the order, the accused could not be released from jail, he therefore, seeks correction of the clerical mistake and further modification of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the order. He states that since the applicant could not be released on 18.12.2025, the period of interim bail be extended for a week. 5.

This Court has heard arguments addressed on behalf of the applicant and having gone through the record, orders as under: i.

The clerical error whereby it is mentioned as 07.01.2025 instead of 07.01.2026 be corrected and it be read as 07.01.2026 instead of 07.01.2025.

Since the accused could not be released on 18.12.2025, the interim bail granted to him is extended and is modified to the extent that the accused will be granted interim bail from 24.12.2025 to 11.01.2026 and will surrender on 12.01.2026. 6.

In view of the above, the present application stands disposed of. 7.
