By order dated 4th December, 2025, the Petitioner was granted emergency parole for a period of four weeks the matter was thereafter listed only for compliance with the Court's direction requiring counsel to file an affidavit explaining the lapse noted in the said order. 2.

Ms. Priyal Bhardwaj, Advocate, has filed her affidavit tendering an unconditional and unqualified apology to the Court for the lapse on her part and on the part of her associate counsel.

She assures the Court that she shall be vigilant in future filings and shall not give any occasion for such lapse.

Having regard to the fact that the lapse was neither intentional nor deliberate, and in view of the apology tendered by the counsel, the proceedings stand closed and the petition stands disposed of.
