O R D E R
% 29.04.2015 First of all, grounds taken by the petitioner for seeking parole, that is, repair of the house, have not been found to be genuine. Secondly, petitioner's brother was residing at the said address and he has also left for his native village and the house is lying locked, inasmuch as no one was found in the house. Thirdly, conduct of the petitioner disentitles him the parole. During pendency of the appeal, petitioner was granted interim bail but he did not surrender after the bail period expired on 6th July, 1999. After about seven years he was arrested on 1st February, 2007 by the police. Writ petition is dismissed.
