The petition is for the following reliefs:

"I. Pass an Order directing the Respondent Lok Nayak Hospital to immediately allot a kiosk/booth/stall to the Petitioner within the hospital premises under the disability quota, in a time-bound manner. II. Pass an Order directing the Respondents to decide the representations dated 06.02.2025 and 10.03.2025 by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a time-bound manner.

III. Pass an order directing the Respondents to formulate and publish a fair, transparent and non-arbitrary policy for kiosk/booth allotment ensuring reservation for Persons with Disabilities in compliance with the Disabilities Act, 2016. IV. Pass any such directions or order that this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the above-mentioned case."
