In deference to the observations made by this Court vide order dated 23.04.2026, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, has made two submissions; (i) at the instance of President of Roller Skating Federation of India, a transfer petition has been filed before the Supreme Court seeking The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

transfer of all pending matters qua the elections before one Court (ii) and the prayer 'A' made in the writ petition can be adjudicated by this Court. 2.

Having considered the overall facts and circumstances, and in view of the observations which have already been made by this Court in Volleyball Association of Karnataka v. Union of India1 and Rajasthan State Table Tennis Association v. Table Tennis federation of India and Ors.2, wherein similar relief was sought by the petitioners, the Court held that in disputes pertaining to right of sports-organisations to represent a State, the material part of the cause of action would arise in the respective States and refused to entertain the dispute.

The Court, thus, finds that the material, integral and essential part of cause of action has arisen outside the jurisdiction of this Court. The petitioners, therefore, will have to take necessary remedy before the jurisdictional High Court.

The petitions are, therefore, dismissed. However, liberty is granted to approach the jurisdictional High Court.

All rights and contentions are left open.
