By the present bail application, the applicant seeks interim bail for a period of at least four weeks in FIR No. 480/2024 dated 30.06.2024, registered at Police Station Shahbad Dairy, for offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, in order to facilitate the surgery and proper medical treatment of his wife.

The Status Report has been filed by the State. It is verified that applicant's wife has to undergo gallbladder surgery on 15.12.2025.

On an earlier occasion, the applicant was released on interim bail by order dated 08.04.2025 passed by the learned Court of Sessions and the applicant had not misused the liberty. 4.
However, considering that the surgery for Gall Bladder does not require prolonged admission in hospital, the applicant is directed to be released on interim bail for a period of five days, that is, from 13.12.2025 to 18.12.2025, on his furnishing a The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. personal bond of ₹10,000/- with one local surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent and on the following conditions:
a. The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case or tamper with the evidence of the case, in any manner whatsoever;
b. The applicant shall provide the address where he would be residing after his release and shall not change the address without informing the concerned Jail Superintendent;
c. The applicant shall, upon his release, give his mobile number to the concerned Jail Superintendent and shall keep his mobile phone switched on at all times;
d. The applicant shall under no circumstance leave the boundaries of the country.

The applicant is directed to surrender on or before 18.12.2025.

The present order be communicated to the concerned Jail Superintendent for necessary compliance.
