This appeal is disposed of with the consent order that the impugned judgment of the trial court will be sustained but interest granted by the trial court @ 9% per annum would stand modified to 12% per annum. Whatever amount has been deposited by the respondent in terms of the impugned judgment in the trial court can be withdrawn by the appellant and the balance amount now payable will be directly paid by the respondent to the appellant in the bank account of the appellant, details of which will be given by the counsel for the appellant to the counsel for the respondent within two weeks from today.
