This is a petition seeking quashing of FIR no. 450/2023 under Section 498A/406/34 IPC, PS Sarai Rohilla as also the consequential proceedings emanating therefrom.

It is submitted that both parties have come to an amicable settlement. However, the Ld. APP appearing for State, at the very outset, submits that mother-in-law, father-in-law and sister-in-law of respondent no. 2 are also the accused in the present FIR but are not arrayed in the memo of parties. 3.
