The present suit has been placed before the Court by the Registrar (Original), who has recorded that the case has been received back from the Court of learned ADJ (North East), Delhi mentioning therein that the Court of competent jurisdiction in East District, Karkardooma Courts has the jurisdiction to entertain the present suit as the suit property is situated in the East District and the parties of the suit also reside within the jurisdiction of the said Court.

Accordingly, the present suit is transferred to the Court of the District Judge (East), Karkardooma Courts Complex for further proceedings before the competent court on 26.09.2016.
