O R D E R

% 24.05.2016 Vide order dated 31.03.2016, the Hon'ble Court has passed the following order: - "In that view of the matter, the Registrar General is directed to release the aforesaid amount along with interest which may have accrued on the said amount to the appellant on his furnishing proof of the fact that he is the appellant and after taking a statement from him that he has received such amount under the orders of this Court."

Pursuant to the above order, the appellant no. 1 has come present along with his identification proof that he is the appellant no. 1 and the husband of appellant no. 2. The appellant no. 1 submits that he and his wife are having a joint account.

In view of the statement, the FDR bearing A/c. No.

15530310478387 dated 21.10.2014 for Rs.1,50,000/- drawn on UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch, New Delhi, which was duly discharged in favour

of appellant no. 1 and 2 namely Mr. Pankaj Murgai and Ms. Mona Murgai, has been handed over to the appellant no. 1, in terms of order dated 31.03.2016.
