TR.P.(C) 11/2016 This is a petition seeking transfer of this petition from South District to South East District, Saket Courts, Delhi.

It is noted from Annexure A1 that on November 27, 2015, Civil Suit No. 3868/2014 was transferred in terms of the notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated November 24, 2015 of this Court to the South District, Saket Courts, Delhi.

Pursuant to the transfer, on February 3, 2016, the learned District and Sessions Judge (South), Saket Courts, had passed an order, from wherein, it is noted that the registered office of the plaintiff being in Kalkaji, New Delhi, it is the Court of District and Sessions Judge, South East District, which had the jurisdiction to entertain the suit. It was also observed by the learned District and Sessions Judge (South) that, parties may seek appropriate redressal before this Court for allocation of this suit to concerned District Court.

In view of the order passed by the learned District and Sessions Judge (South), noting that the Kalkaji comes within the jurisdiction of the learned District and Sessions Judge, South East District, Saket Courts, the present suit stands transferred from the Court of learned District and Sessions Judge, South District to the Court of learned District and Sessions Judge, South East District, Saket Courts, Delhi. Parties to appear before the learned District and Sessions Judge, South East District, Saket Courts on May 9, 2016.
