Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 accepts notice and submits that he has received the instructions from respondent no.1 to the effect that petitioner's appeal would be disposed of expeditiously.

Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of with the directions to the respondent no.1 to dispose of the petitioner's appeal expeditiously and preferably within six months from today. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
