By the present bail application, the applicant seeks interim bail for a period of 30 days in FIR No. 42/2018 dated 16.01.2018, registered at Police Station Uttam Nagar, for offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, on the ground that the wife of the applicant has to undergo surgery. 2.
It is not disputed that the wife of the applicant has to undergo surgical procedure for removal of fibroids. 3.
Earlier, the applicant has been released on interim bail on four occasions and the applicant has not misused the liberty. 4.
In view of the above, the present bail application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on interim bail for a period of one week, if not in custody in any other case, on furnishing a personal bond for a sum of ₹20,000/- with one The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the concerned Jail Superintendent, on the following conditions: a. The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case or tamper with the evidence of the case, in any manner whatsoever; b. The applicant shall, upon his release, provide the address where he would be residing after the release and shall not change the address without informing the concerned IO/ SHO;
c. The applicant shall, upon his release, give his mobile number to the concerned IO/SHO and shall keep his mobile phone switched on at all times;
d. The applicant shall not leave the boundaries of the country without informing the concerned IO/SHO. e. The applicant shall visit the police station every day to mark his presence before the IO/SHO.

The applicant is directed to surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent upon the expiry of the period of one week of interim bail.
