Applicant herein seeks regular bail in a case arising out of FIR No. 201/2025 dated 15.06.2025, registered at P.S. Kamla Market. Delhi for commission of offences under Sections 309(4), 309(6) Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). 2023 (corresponding Sections 392, 394 IPC). 2.

As per the crux of the allegations, the applicant had robbed one person when he was going back to Delhi Railway Station. 3.

The accused, allegedly, stopped the complainant, and asked him to hand over whatever he was carrying.

When the complainant protested, the applicant took out a blade from his pocket and stabbed him on his neck.

The complainant was robbed of Rs. 4,285/- in cash, besides other documents.

Though the incident in question was captured on CCTV, despite repeated attempts to contact the complainant, he could not be contacted and therefore, TIP could not be conducted.

Fact, however, remains that investigation is already over and charge-sheet has also been filed before the concerned Magisterial Court. 8.

The accused is, reportedly, 19 years of age with no previous antecedents.

Keeping in mind overall facts of the case, and applicant's young age coupled with the fact that the investigation is already over, applicant is admitted to bail on his furnishing a personal bond in a sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety of like amount, subject to the satisfaction of learned Trial Court/CMM/Duty Magistrate, with further condition he would not come in contact of prosecution witnesses, directly or indirectly. 10.

The application stands disposed of in aforesaid terms. 11.

A copy of this Order be immediately sent to the learned Trial Court and Jail Superintendent for information and necessary compliance.
