As per the last order, a sum of Rs. 7,14,251/- is shown to be payable to the decree holder 2.
Mr. Dewan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the judgment debtor No.3, i.e. the executor of the Will of late Mr. S.N.P. Punj states that the amount has been deducted towards expenses. 3.
As regards Rs. 3,37,851/- is concerned, he states that the amount was incurred towards cost for allotment of 7857 shares, which were to be transferred to the decree holder under the award at the rate of Rs. 43 per share.

As regards amount of Rs. 3,58,150/- is concerned, it has been stated in the affidavit dated 26.10.2018 that the amount of Rs. 3,58,150/- was to be paid by the original allottees towards the share price of M/s Lloyd The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. For the said reasons, I am satisfied that the amount has rightly been deducted and the execution stands satisfied.

However, Mr. Thanai, learned counsel for the decree holder rightly states that the judgment debtor No.3 has received a sum of Rs. 2,72,000/- towards dividend for the year 2019-20, of the shares which have been transferred to the decree holder.

If that is so, the amount of Rs. 2,72,000/- shall be paid to the decree holder within 4 weeks from today.

With these directions, the execution stands satisfied. 9.
The petition is disposed of.
