The present petition under Sections 10/11/12 of the Contempt of Courts Act seeks following prayers:- "a) Hold the Contemnors/Respondents guilty of contempt of the Order dated 20.08.2025 and order dated 29.10.2025 passed by the Ld. District Court (North-West), Rohini Courts, Delhi In Civil Suit No. CS DJ/660/2025 b) Pass any other and further order(s) as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice and to uphold the majesty of law."

It is pointed out that an application under Order XXXIX Rule 2A of the CPC has been filed on behalf of the petitioner which is pending before the learned Trial Court.

In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is not pressed by the petitioner, with a prayer seeking direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the hearing.
