By way of this application, it is brought out that a Supplementary Settlement Agreement dated 01.03.2026 has been entered into between the parties.

Respective counsel for the parties jointly submit that the said agreement comprehensively resolves all the outstanding disputes between the parties. 3.

The parties are personally present in Court and undertake to remain bound by the terms of the settlement agreement and assure that there shall be no breach thereof.

At joint request, CONT.CAS(C) 1848/2025, along with other pending applications, is disposed of in terms of the said Settlement Agreement dated 01.03.2026.

The application stands disposed of.
