basis of settlement arrived at between the parties. 4.

Issue notice. The learned APP accepts notice on behalf of the State. 5.

All the petitioners and respondent nos. 2 to 6 are present before this Court and have been identified by their counsel and Investigating Officer (IO) concerned, Police Station, Patparganj Industrial Area, Delhi. 6.

Brief facts of the case are that on 22.03.2024 due to some misunderstanding, various differences, disputes and issues had arisen between the petitioners and the respondent nos. 2 to 6. Upon the complaint by respondent nos. 2 to 6, the present FIR came to be registered against the petitioners. It is stated that there are also other cross-FIRs bearing nos. 498/2025, 207/2025 & 179/2025 registered between the parties. It is further stated that with intervention of the family and friends, the parties have now amicably settled their disputes vide Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) dated 07.11.2025.

On a query made by this Court, respondent nos. 2 to 6 who have been identified by the IO, have categorically stated that they have entered into compromise out of their own free will and without any pressure, coercion or threat. Therefore, they have no objection if the present FIR is quashed. 8.

In view of the above, that the parties have amicably resolved their differences out of their own free will, and without any coercion, no useful purpose will be served by continuing the proceedings, rather the same would create further acrimony between them. It would thus be in interest of justice to quash the abovementioned FIR and the proceedings pursuant thereto. There is no legal impediment in quashing the FIR in question. 9.
