% 13.04.2018 CM No. 14179/2018 (by respondent for release of money) It is the applicant's case that they are parents of the deceased. The compensation granted to the applicants on account of demise of their son has been FDRs, is to be released to them in the nine FDRs. The son died in 2006. No money has reached to them so far. The applicants are senior citizens, they are without any support despite the lapse of 12 years. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicants are facing financial difficulties and some monies be released. In the circumstance, Rs. 50,000/- fixed for 9th FDR which is to mature after 9 years shall be released to them in their bank account maintained in a bank near their place of residence.

The applicants shall furnish requisite particulars in this regard and upon it being so verified, the aforementioned amount shall be released into the account alongwith the interest accrued

thereon.

The application is allowed and disposed-off in the above terms. CM No. 14180/2018 (exemption from the personal appearance of the applicants) In view of the order passed above, this application has become infructuous.
