The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 337/2022 of PS Tigri for offence under Section 307/354D/506/34 IPC and Section 12 POCSO Act and Section 25/27 Arms Act on the allegation that the accused/applicant got the prosecutrix shot at because she refused to be friends with him. I have also examined the statement of prosecutrix under Section 164 Cr.P.C.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.
