This petition has been placed before the Court pursuant to an Office Note recording non-compliance with the order dated 03.12.2025, whereby costs were imposed upon the petitioners. Paragraph 16 of the said order reads as follows:

"16. Consequently, the petition is allowed and the FIR No.151/2013, under Sections 308/325/323/341/427/34 IPC registered at PS Maurice Nagar alongwith all other proceedings emanating therefrom, is quashed subject to petitioner nos. 1-3 depositing cost of Rs.20,000/- each in the Delhi High Court Staff Welfare Fund, Account No. 15530110074442, IFCS Code: UCBA0001553, Bank and Branch: UCO Bank, Delhi High Court, within two weeks. The receipt thereof be placed on record."

states that the costs have been paid by petitioner Nos. 1 and 2, with the payment on behalf of petitioner No. 2 having been made through petitioner No. 1. Although the payments were made on 09.12.2025 and 17.12.2025 respectively, the proof of payment could not be filed earlier. The same is now handed over in Court and is taken on record. 3.

As regards petitioner No. 3, Mr. Ganpat Ram, learned counsel for petitioner No. 3, seeks a further period of two weeks to make the payment. He is directed to file proof of payment of costs within the aforesaid period, failing which no further time shall be granted. 4.

List before the learned Registrar for compliance on 13.02.2026. 5.

In the event of failure of compliance, the learned Registrar may list the matter before the Court.
