Learned APP for the Respondent-State submits that charge-sheet has already been filed and the matter is next listed before the Trial Court on 25.04.2025. He states that charges have already been framed and the matter is listed for recording the statement of the Prosecutrix. He therefore states that at this crucial stage, no case for granting bail is made out. 4.
