First Regular Bail Application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'B.N.S.S.') read with Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as 'Cr.P.C.') has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, Pushpender Kumar Sharma for grant of Regular Bail in FIR No. 640/2022 under Section 354/354B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 10 of POCSO Act, 2013 registered at Police Station Khajuri Khas. 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the Petition.
