The present application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. read with Section 483 of the BNSS seeks bail in case FIR No. 156/2019 under Section 302 of the IPC, registered at P.S. D.B.G. Road. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with a prayer for an expeditious trial. It is submitted that out of 19 witnesses, 8 witnesses remain to be examined. 4.

In view of the above, the application is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of. Learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the hearing of the case without giving any undue adjournments to either of the parties and conclude the same preferably within a period of 6 months. 6.
