After some arguments, Mr. M. Dutta, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present revision petition alongwith pending applications, in view of the proviso to Section 115(1) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, with liberty to take appropriate remedies as may be available to the petitioner in law. 2.

In view thereof, the present revision petition, alongwith the pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. 3.

It is made clear that this Court has made no observations on the merits of the case.
