Having regard to the nature of grievance raised in this petition, we permit the petitioner to approach the Archaeological Survey of India or any of its authority competent to deal with the issue, by way of making a representation for redressal of its grievances. petitioner within a period of one week from today, where it will be open to the petitioner to take all the pleas which may be available to him. If any such representation is made, the appropriate authority of the Archaeological Survey of India shall attend to the same and take appropriate decision thereon. 5.
We also direct that in case the representation makes any allegation against the respondent no.5, the Archaeological Survey of India while taking decision on the representation to be preferred by the petitioner under this order, shall also provide an opportunity of hearing to the respondent no.5. 6.
