% 09.04.2018 By this petition the petitioners had sought quashing of FIR No.45/2016 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at PS CAW Cell, Nanak Pura, New Delhi on the complaint of respondent No.2.

Parties have settled the matter before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 15th March, 2018, report in which regard has been received.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition seeking quashing of the above noted FIR on the ground of compromise and revival of the present petition if the terms of the settlement are not complied.

Leave and liberty granted. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. MUKTA GUPTA, J.
