The grievance raised in the instant petition relates to non-compliance of two orders dated 17.06.2025 passed by the Central Information Commission ['CIC'].
With respect to the order passed in CIC/MCDND/A/2023/656077, the petitioner has also approached the CIC in a separate application dated 07.07.2025, reporting non-compliance and seeking appropriate further directions. The said application remains pending with the CIC.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, therefore, confines his prayer to the extent of directing the CIC to deal with the petitioner's grievance qua non-compliance of the orders passed on 17.06.2025. 3.

CIC to pass appropriate directions with respect to any other matter relating to access to information under the provisions of the Act. 4.
Under these circumstances, it is incumbent upon the CIC to take the petitioner's grievance to its logical end.

The petitioner is granted liberty to file his grievance qua noncompliance of the order dated 17.06.2025 in CIC/MCDND/A/2022/640683 within seven days from today.

Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of with the directions to the CIC to deal with the petitioner's grievance within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the order passed today.
