These petititions are being decided by this common order as the issue involved is similar. For convenience the facts are being taken from W.P.(C) 18359/2025.

This petition is filed seeking directions to the respondent to release the retiral dues of the petitioner. The petitioner was working as a Chief Manager with the respondent and was compulsorily retired with effect from 20.06.2019.

The grievance raised is that inspite of filing representation and serving legal notice dated 19.08.2025, the retiral benefits have not been released. 4.
Without commenting upon the merits of the case, these petitions are disposed of with directions to the respondent to consider the legal notice dated 19.08.2025, in accordance with law, by passing a speaking order. 5.
An expeditious disposal shall be appreciated preferably within eight weeks from the receipt of the certified copy of this order. 6.
