The petitioner's grievance seems to be emanating from the order dated 08.08.2025 by the Addl. District Magistrate (Central). The instant writ petition has therefore been filed seeking directions to the respondents to ensure enforcement of the aforenoted order and adjudication of the pending application for Relinquishment Deed Cancellation dated 08.09.2025. 2.
It is a matter of record that the said order was challenged in appeal and the Divisional Commissioner vide order dated 10.10.2025, dismissed the appeal.

3.
However, in view of the fact that the petitioner's application seeking cancellation of the Relinquishment Deed is stated to be pending, the petitioner's grievance, whether it pertains to non-compliance of the order dated 08.08.2025 or to the disposal of the application for cancellation of the relinquishment deed, can therefore very well be considered by the concerned ADM.
4.
On the petitioner's approaching the ADM along with a copy of the order passed today, let the concerned ADM to deal with the same with due expedition.
5.
All rights and contentions on merits stand reserved. 6.
Petition stands disposed of.
