The petitioner had earlier instituted the proceedings of W.P.(C) 6361/2025 with the allegation of certain illegal constructions in respect of five properties which are detailed below:

Learned counsel representing the Special Task Force (STF) has brought to our notice, minutes of the 151st meeting of the STF held on 30.10.2025 wherein inter alia the action taken in respect of the above said five properties have been given in detail. The said minutes of meeting are taken on record. 6.
A perusal of the said minutes of meeting reveals that at least two properties, which were mentioned by the petitioner, namely property no. G-157, Gali No.3, Shastri Park, Delhi-53 and F-270, Gali No.9, Shastri Park, Delhi-53, could not be traced out and in respect of other properties, action taken has already been given in detail in the said minutes of meeting. The relevant extract of the said minutes are quoted hereunder: "That it is submitted that the (i) property no.T-291, Gali No.6, Gautampuri, Delhi-53 was booked vide booking file no. 101/B-II/UC/SH-N/2023 dated 14/07/2023 in the shape of Ground Floor, First Floor, Second Floor & Third Floor and raising of wall and column above Third floor Roof and projection on Mpl. Land and demolition action was taken on 20.09.2023 by demolishing two RCC panel of size 7'x7.5' feet at Second Floor & Third Floor respectively.
(ii) Property no. F-202, Shastri Park, Delhi-53 was booked vide booking file no. 172/B/UC/SH-N/2010 Dated 07.10.2010 in the shape of two room at Second Floor.
(iii) Property no. T-175, Gali No.5, Gautampuri, Delhi-53 has been inspected and found that the property consists at Ground Floor & two bathroom set at First Floor and is presently old & occupied. However, neither any construction activities are going on nor any building material was found stacked at site." In view of the aforesaid, nothing needs to be adjudicated any further in this Public Interest Litigation Petition, which is hereby disposed of.
