1. The order dated 26th November, 2018 is clarified only to the extent that notwithstanding the observation of this Court that the interim orders of the AFT dated 8th February and 16th March, 2018 "appear to be perfectly justified in the facts and circumstances of the case", since they are only interlocutory orders, the AFT will decide the OA finally on merits, uninfluenced by the aforementioned observation of this Court.

2. It is further clarified that in the appearance on behalf of the RespondentUnion of India as noted in the order dated 26th November, 2018 should read as "Ms. Jasmeet Singh for Mr. Anurag Ahluwalia, CGSC."
