This writ petition is filed by the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- "a. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ directing Respondent No. 1 to hand over physical possession of Plot No. 60 -A, Situated in Block - B, Sector 49, Noida, Distt. Gautam Budh Nagar, Total Plot area measuring 113.2 Sq. Mtr., at the earliest to the Petitioner by taking any measures available to them as per law. ALTERNATIVELY Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ directing Respondent No.1 to clear the dues of the Respondent No. 2 or to return the entire sale consideration to the Petitioner along with compensation and damages b. Award the cost of the present proceedings in favour of the Petitioner and against the Respondent.

c. Pass such other of further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of the justice."

After canvassing some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum.
