This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 read with Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- "i.i Issue appropriate writ(s) and/or order(s) and/or direction(s) to restraining respondent number one and respondent two in disbursing the whole proceeds of the two-insurance policy no. 148703190 and 145842260 taken by Late Aniket Goel (Insured) to respondent no.3 i.ii Issue appropriate writ(s) and/or order(s) and/or direction(s) and/or declaration(s) calling for records of the two-insurance policy no.148703190, 145842260 dated 02.11.20221 15.11.2021 from respondent no.1 and no.2 i.ii Issue appropriate writ(s) and/or order(s) and/or direction(s) and/or declaration(s) to respondent no.1 and respondent no.2 to release the rightful claim amount/share of the petitioners in two Insurance Policy." 2.

already taken recourse to the remedy before the Insurance Ombudsman. 3.

Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the Petitioner to pursue the remedy already exhausted before the Insurance Ombudsman.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
