The Petitioner's earlier petition [W.P.(CRL) 3795/2025] was disposed of on 19th November, 2025, with a direction to the State to decide the Petitioner's application for parole within two weeks from the date of the order. Since no decision was rendered within this timeframe, the instant petition has been filed.
