% 07.04.2026 By way of the present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, the petitioner seeks parole for a period of 04 weeks. After making brief submissions in the matter, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition; with liberty to approach the Jail Authorities for the same relief, since the petitioner has earned requisite 02 years annual good conduct reports, as required by the Delhi Prison Rules, 2018.
In view of the above, the present petition is disposed-of as withdrawn; with liberty as prayed for.
